Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 T. sugar
- 3 T. vinegar
- 1/2 c. cream or slightly more (I use milk)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together and cook in 2 teaspoons of hot grease. Let come to a boil and pour over lettuce. (Let cool a little before pouring.) Toss with fork. (I cup up green onions with the lettuce.)
