Head Cheese

Ingredients

• Hog head meat
• Salt
• Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

I use some of the hog head meat before any spices or sugar or fruit is added. I salt to taste. Add black pepper. I work this up good and put in a crock and press it down with weighted plate. Put in ice box. When cold it makes good sandwiches.
