Ingredients
- 4 c water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 c polenta
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c shredded cheese
- 1/2 tbsp. rosemary
Preparation
Step 1
spray 8x8 baking dish
preheat oven 400 degrees
boil water, add polenta, turn heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
turn heat off and stir in the rest of the ingredients. pour into dish and cool until firm.
turn out polenta onto cutting board and cut into 1 inch squares.
put on baking sheet and bake 1 hour until crisp
