Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • dash of salt

Preparation

Step 1

In small saucepan, gradually stir milk into flour. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until very thick. Transfer to small mixing bowl; press plastic wrap directly on surface and cool to room temperature (about 1/2 an hour).Add sugar, peanut butter, shortening, vanilla and salt. Beat on high speed intil mixture becomes fluffy and sugar is completely dissolved.
