Pig Pickin' Cake

Ingredients

• Divide in half:
• 1 yellow extra moist cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 11 oz. can mandarin oranges
• Mix and bake in 3 layers or 2 layers.
• 9 oz. pkg Cool Whip
• 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
• 1 pkg. instant mix vanilla pudding

Preparation

Step 1

Mix pineapple and pudding and chill. When chilled mix with Cool Whip. Put layers together frosting with mixture.
