Champagne Cocktails

Ingredients

  • 6 sugar cubes or 6 tsp. sugar
  • Aromatic bitters
  • 1 bottle chilled champagne or sparkling wine

Preparation

Step 1

In each of 6 champagne flutes, put a sugar cube or teaspoon of sugar. Douse the sugar in each glass with aromatic bitters – at least 3 dashes, more if you want less sweetness in the final cocktail. Pour champagne or sparkling wine into each glass, topping off as needed.
