Ingredients
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves (smashed)
- 3 TBS yeast flakes (Bragg's)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup hot water
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in high powered blender (Ninja, NutriBullet, etc...). Blend for 2 minutes, until smooth.
Transfer to saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened. About 5-10 minutes.
