- 4 cups blueberries
- 3/4-1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest/peel
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. butter

Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Dot with butter; add top crust. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
