  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 can tonno genova light tuna in oil drained
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 12 oz tomato paste
  • 3 1/2 can of water
  • salt and pepper

Step 1

Saute garlic in oil add tomato paste and water, boilbreak tuna up with fork and add to sauce. simmer uncovered 15 minutes then half covered for 1 1/2 hours.
