Ingredients
- 18 vanilla wafers
- 4 3 ounce cream cheese
- 2/3 Cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1 3/4 Cup sliced strawberries

Step 1
Line 18 muffin pans with paper liners. Place a vanilla wafer in each cup. Beat cream cheese light and fluffy, gradually beat in 2/3 cup sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 10 minutes in 350 degrees oven. Cool. Combine sour cream and 1/3 cup sugar. Divide to spread over each cheese cake. Top each with a heaping teaspoon of sweetened strawberries. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
