Ingredients
- 1/3 c. flour
- 3 1/2 lb.chicken skinned
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
- 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
- l large green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbs.snipped fresh basil
- 2 Tbs. snipped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Coat chicken with flour.
In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken about 12 min. turning occasionally.
Transfer to slow cooker.
Add mushrooms to skillet; cook and stir over medium-high heat for 3 min. Transfer to cooker. Add drained tomatoes, pepper, onion, carrots, wine, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours. Before serving add fresh herbs.
