Any solid white fish filets (I use cod)
T coconut oil, melted
Juice of 1 lime
Chef Paul's Seafood Magic seasoning
Lemon and orange slices.
Place fish on foil sheet. Pour coconut oil over fish, season with sea salt and lime juice. Place lemon and orange slices on top of fish, seal in foil and cut small slits for steam to escape. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 min.
