Ingredients
- 1 1 26) cup crushed vanilla wafers ( about 26)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 1/4 2 cup + 2 tbsp melted butter or margarine
- 8 375 Combine the crushed vanilla wafers and chopped pecans with the melted butter (margarine). Press evenly into an 8 inch square cake pan. Bake at 375 F (190 C) for eight minutes. Cool.
- 1 1 8 1 large pkg ( 8 oz ) cream cheese 1 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1 1 tsp unfavoured gelatin 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 1 3 1 small pkg ( 3 oz ) raspberry jello 1 pkg frozen raspberries in light syrup
- 4 4 4 1 ( 4 oz ) semi-sweet chocolate 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- CHOCOLATE LAYER : Melt the chocolate and butter (margarine) in a pot set over hot water. Spread over the raspberry layer . Cut into desired size servings.
