Ingredients
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. almonds, finely chopped
- 2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened milk
- 1 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Melt sugar over hot water and pour over bottom of flan or cake pan. Blend remaining ingredients. Pour over the sugar. Place the flan pan in a larger pan with 1/4 - 1/2 inch of hot water Cover iwth foil. Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees. Coll 15-20 minutes, invert and slice.
