Ingredients
- 1 package strawberry jellow(3 ounce)
- 1 Cup hot water
- 1/2 Cup cold water
- Mix and chill until congealed, then beat until light and fluffy

Preparation
Step 1
Fold 2 1/2 Cup strawberries (16 oz frozen strained, reserve juice)into 2 cup whipped cream, dreamwhip or cool whip. Add jello mixture.
Break angel cake in small pieces. Put in 13 x 9 dish; Layer 1/3 cake then 1/2 mixture; layer 1/3 cake remaing mixture; then rest of cake.
Glaze:: Cook until thick: 1 Tbsp. soft butter, 2 drops red food coloring, 1 Cup strawberry juice, and 1 Tbsp. corn starch. Drizzle over cake. Chill before serving.
