Step 1

Whisk 3 tbsp Spanish paprika, 2 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp dry mustard, 2 tsp ground fennel seeds, 2 tsp kosher salt and 1 tsp ground pepper. I TRIED THIS ON 5/17/2010 AND I ONLY HALVED THE RECEIPE AS I ONLY PUT IT ON MY STEAK AND I PUT IT ON HEAVY AND IT WAS VERY VERY GOOD.
