Step 1

Make a simply syrup of 1 c sugar and 1 c water and cook with the strips (with a potatoe pealer) of two lemons. Then let cool to room temperature. Then add 2 c water and 2 c fresh lemon juice (juice of 8 lemons) and add simple syrup with lemon sprips. Then also cut up lemons. WE TRIED THIS ON 5/17/2010 AND EVERYONE LOVED IT. IT WAS VERY GOOD, VERY STRONG, BOTH SWEET AND SOUR. IT MADE 1/2 GALLON. Also can add mint for extra flavor.
