Macaroni and Cheese

Stove top macaroni and cheese. Turned out OK, but need to season it properly.

Ingredients
- 3 cups Dry Macaroni (used mini bowtie and mini rotini). If using elbow macaroni may need to adjust amount.
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1 - 1/4 cups milk
- 3/4 block of cheese (next time try to shred and then measure)
- salt, pepper and cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Boil macaroni and drain
Meantime melt 2 butter and then add flour and cook for 2-3 minutes to cook the flour.
then slowly add milk and mix. then add cheese slowly. then add seasonings.
then add cooked pasta.
add a little bit of bread crumbs and mix.
then put into a baking dish and bake for 20 mins. can sprinkle some cheese on top if needed.
or maybe try to mix the bread crumbs and shredded cheese together and spread over the cheese mixture before baking.
