Ingredients

  • 12 oz. crabmeat
  • 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. diced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 5 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 2 c. shredded monterey jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Saute mushrooms and onions in butter till tender. Drain on paper towel.
Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese and crabmeat.
Toss the cheese with flour in a plastic bag and then add to the crabmeat mixture.
Beat eggs and combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into a 10" greased quiche dish. Bake at 350 for 40 min ow until knife inserted comes out clean..
Let stand 5 min. before cutting.
