- 2 CUPS OATMEAL
- 1 3/4 CUPS FIRMLY PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 1 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 TEAS BAKING POWDER
- 1/2 TEAS BAKING SODA
- 1 CUP BUTTER
- 1 CUP SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 1 EGG (BEATEN)
- 14 OZ. SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
- 1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER

Step 1
HEAT OVEN 350
COMBINE OATMEAL, BROWN SUGAR, FLOUR, BAKING POWDER & BAKING SODA.
CUT IN BUTTER WITH PASTRY CUTTER OR USE 2 KNIVES - MIX UNTIL FINE CRUMBS. RESERVE 1/2 CRUMB MIXTURE.
STIR EGG INTO REMAINING MIXTURE.
PRESS IN BOTTOM 13X9 PAN AND BAKE 15 MINUTES.
STIR TOGETHER SWEETENED MILK AND PEANUT BUTTER AND MIX UNTIL SMOOTH.
POUR EVENLY OVER BAKED CRUST.
MIX REMAINING CRUMB MIXTURE AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS. SPRINKLE EVENLY OVER
PEANUT BUTTER LAYER.
BAKE AN ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES.
COOL AND CUT INTO SQUARES.
