- TOASTING:
- Spread coconut thinly and evenly in shallow baking pan. Brown in a 350 degree Farenheit oven. Stir coconut or shake pan to roast evenly.

Dilute a few drops of food coloring with 1/2 tsp milk. Add 1 1/3 cup coconuts, toss with a fork.
