  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1 c butter softened
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1/4 c corn starch
  • 1 tbsp lemon peel
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c pistachio toasted
  • Powdered sugar



Step 1

In large bowl combine sugar and butter, beat at medium speed until creamy. Reduce speed to low, add all remaining ingredients except nuts and powdered sugar. Beat scraping bowl often until well mixed coarsely chop nuts to yield 1 cup. Stir unto dough. Shape dough into 3/4 inch balls form into crescent moons. Bake 12 to 16 min let stand 5 min. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
