Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 large eggs
- 2 fresh bread slices, blended to coarse crumbs
- 1/4 C ketchup
- 1/4 C milk
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp whole oregano
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 6 thin slices of cooked ham
- 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 mozzarella cheese slices, cut in half diagonally
Preparation
Step 1
Place first 9 ingredients in large bowl Mix well. Pat out on sheet of foil to 10x 12 size.
Lay ham slies ontop, keeping 1: in from edges. Spread spinach over ham. Sprinkle with second amount of salt. Roll up starting from long end, removing foil as you roll. Carefully transfer to baking sheet with sides. Pat in sides to smooth them. Bake in 350 oven for 1 1/4 hours.
Arrange cheese triangles over top. Return to oven for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese starts to melt. Cut into slides to serve.
