Ingredients

  • 1

    yellow cake mix

  • 1

    pkg vanilla instant pudding mix

  • ½

    cup vegetable oil

  • 1

    cup water

  • 4

    eggs

  • Glaze:

  • 1

    cup powdered sugar

  • 2

    Tblsp. milk or lemon juice

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a large bowl, then beat at medium speed for two minutes. Bake in a greased and floured 10" tube pan until center springs back when touched lightly. Cool right side up for about 25 minutes. Remove from pan. Beat ingredients for glaze and drizzle over cake. Alternate: Use orange juice in place of water and grated rind of one oragne. Use orange juice with powdered sugar for glaze.
