Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 med. Onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 1 med. Can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
- 1 roll Kraft garlic cheese (or sharp cheese)
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook and drain broccoli; set aside. Sauté celery and onion in margarine; add mushrooms and set aside. In
a double boiler, melt cheeses with soup; combine with broccoli and celery mixture. Add Worcestershire and Tabasco. Serve in a chafing dish with corn chips
