Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 med. Onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 1 med. Can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
  • 1 roll Kraft garlic cheese (or sharp cheese)
  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco to taste

Step 1

Cook and drain broccoli; set aside. Sauté celery and onion in margarine; add mushrooms and set aside. In
a double boiler, melt cheeses with soup; combine with broccoli and celery mixture. Add Worcestershire and Tabasco. Serve in a chafing dish with corn chips
