Ingredients

  • 2

    lbs. ground beef

  • 1

    cup corn flake crumbs

  • 2

    eggs

  • 2

    T. soy sauce

  • 1/3

    cup parsley flakes (or less)

  • 1/4

    tsp. pepper

  • 1/2

    tsp. garlic powder

  • 1

    tsp. salt

  • 1/3

    cup catsup

  • 2

    Tablespoons minced onion

  • Sauce:

  • 1

    (16 ounce) can jelled cranberry sauce

  • 1

    (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce (Bennett’s is good)

  • 2

    Tablespoons packed dark brown sugar

  • 1

    Tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and make small meatballs. Combine sauce ingredients as directed above. Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan and heat until melted and thoroughly mixed. Pour over meatballs and bake, uncovered, in 350 degrees oven for approximately 30 minutes. Yield: 100 teaspoon-size meatballs.
