Ingredients

  • 1 c chopped pecans
  • Yellow cake mix
  • Sm pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c cold milk
  • 1/2 c oil
  • 1/2 c dark rum(spiced)

Preparation

Step 1

Grease & flour bunt pan. Sprinkle nuts on bottom of pan. Combine all ingredients, mix and pour in pan. Bake 50-60min at 325. Cool in pan. Invert onto serving plate. Poke holes in cake, and drizzle glaze over.


Glaze
1/2 c butter
1/4 c water
1c sugar
1/2 c rum
Melt butter in pan. Stir in water and sugar and boil 5 min. Remove from heat and add rum (will steam)
