Sweet and Sour Prawns

Ingredients

  • 500 g/1 lb shelled prawns,
  • 1 pear,
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar,
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce,
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour,
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon olive oil,
  • 1 clove garlic.

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the garlic clove and rub the ActiFry pan with it before preparing the other ingredients.

Cut the pears into slices and dip in brown sugar. Cook for about 5 minutes and then immediately add the prawns and olive oil.

Cook for another 5 minutes. Mix the other ingredients in a bowl and then add to the prawns. Cook for 3 more minutes.
