Spicy Fish

An idea you can use with nearly any fish.

Ingredients

  • 400 g/14 oz grouper fillet
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 onions
  • salt
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 spoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 spoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 spoons olive oil
  • flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the peppers and onions into thin slices and put them in the ActiFry, adding a spoonful of oil. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, coriander, parsley and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes. Add 4 spoonfuls of water and cook for 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the contents into a separate plate or bowl.

Cut the grouper fillet into rectangular pieces and season with salt and pepper. Coat with flour and cook in the ActiFry with 1 spoonful of oil for 10 minutes.

To serve, put the fish pieces in a plate, pour over the sauce and decorate with lemon slices.
