Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1 onion (finely chopped) or 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 (8 oz.) jar grape jelly
- 1/4 c. oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ground beef, onion, ketchup. Make into balls. Fry (deep fry is best) until brown. In saucepan combine chili sauce and jelly until jelly melts. Put meatballs in crock pot. Pour chili sauce mix over meatballs and put on low until hot. The longer they stay in crock pot, the better they are.
