  • 1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 2 Cups Cool Whip (8 oz. container)
  • 1/2-1 Cup Powdered Sugar

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Mixture will be sticky. Roll by teaspoonful in powdered sugar. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edged are lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute on cookie sheet before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
