Ingredients
- 30 large prawns, peeled
- 150 g/5 oz large mushrooms ,chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Cajun spices
- 500 ml/1 pint tomato pulp
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil in the ActiFry pan. Add the onions, green pepper and chopped garlic. Cook for 6 min.
Add the Cajun spices, cook for 1 minute and add the tomato pulp.
Cook for 15 min Add the seasoned prawns and cook for 5 min. Serve in a shallow serving dish with the cooking sauce

To add a little more spice to this dish, add some crushed dried chilli.
