Ingredients
- 5 qt. unsalted popped corn, unsalted
- 2 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 1 c. oleo (2 sticks)
- Pinch salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place popped in large roaster and put in warm oven. Cook sugar, oleo and syrup to soft ball stage (235 degrees). Pour over corn and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. Pour out on cookie sheet. Cool. Break into bite-size pieces. This scorches easily, so watch carefully!
