Ingredients
- 5 carrots, sliced and cooked
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 10 oz. tin tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix onion, carrots and green pepper.
2. Blend remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
3. Pour over vegetables.
May be served hot or cold.
If served cold, store dressing in jar in refrigerator overnight.
