Ingredients
- 4 boned loin chops
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 TBS oil
- 2 c ketchop
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinklw chops with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brown chops in oil on both sides.
In a bowl combine ketchip, brown sugar, liquid smoke.
Pour 1/2 of the sauce in the slow cooker. Place the chopw on top of the sauce. Then pour the rest of the sauce over the chops.
Cover and cook on low for 4 1/4 to 5 1/4 hours.
