Easy Lemon Cookies

Ingredients

• 18.25 oz. pkg lemon cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 c vegetable oil
• 1 t lemon extract
• 1/3 c powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Pour cake mix into large bowl. Add eggs, oil and lemon extract until well blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls into bowl of powdered sugar. Roll around. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 6-9 minutes. Bottoms will be light brown and insides chewy.
