Preparation

Step 1

Cut refrigerated dough for pie crust into 3” rounds. Loosely fit crusts in mini muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool. Store in airtight container up to 3 days.
Suggested Fillings
Shrimp, cocktail sauce and lemon slice;
Warm spinach artichoke dip, shaved Parmesan;
Chopped romaine leaves, toasted crouton, Caesar salad dressing;
Whole or sliced grapes, crumbled feta cheese, thyme sprig;
Chunky guacamole, salsa, cilantro;
This roast beef slices, asparagus spears and horseradish sauce;
Sliced cucumber, sweet pepper strips, cream cheese;
Han slices, whole-berry cranberry sauce;
Sliced pear, Gruyere cheese, pear preserves;
Small tomato, basil leaf, olive oil dressing.
