Santa Fe Farmers Market Burritos

Ingredients

  • 2 yellow squash, sliced
  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh corn
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • chopped roasted green chiles

Preparation

Step 1

Saute squash and corn in oil over high heat til browned. Add garlic and onion, stir in chiles to taste.

Served wrapped in a tortilla
