Courgettes with Yogurt Sauce

Fun little all-you-can-eat fritters to nibble on.

Ingredients

  • SAUCE:
  • 800 g/ 1 3/4 lb medium-size courgettes,
  • 250 g/9 oz plain flour to coat the courgettes,
  • 1 Actifry spoon oil
  • 150 g/5 fl oz yogurt,
  • 1 clove garlic,
  • 4 to 5 small sprigs dill,
  • Salt and white pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and cut the courgettes into thin slices. Sprinkle with salt and coat with flour. Add the oil to the ActiFry pan. Fry the courgettes for 4 minutes.

Prepare the sauce by finely chopping the garlic and the dill and adding them to the yogurt, mixing well. Season with salt.

You can serve the sauce directly on the fried courgettes or separately in a sauceboat.
