  • 4 slices fresh pineapple
  • 1 large handful of cherries
  • 1 handful of red grapes
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 in (5 cm) piece of fresh root ginger
  • 4 small pieces turmeric root

Directions:

Cut pineapple and remove pit from cherries.

Substitutions:

Pineapple – mango
Cherries – strawberries
Carrot – sweet potato
Ginger – lemon
Turmeric – fennel
