DUTCH CREAM PUFFS

  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 c. water
  • dash salt
  • l c flour
  • 4 eggs 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 3/4 c. whipped cream
  • 1 pkg. whip it
  • icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Set oven at 400.

Boil butter, water and salt. Stir in flour constantly while adding, stirring constantly until it leaves the sides of the pot. Remove from heat. Put in Kitchen Aid mixer and set on low, beat in eggs 1 at a time, with the last egg add the baking powder and beat until shiney.

Put parchment paper on cookie sheet and scoup out 10 puffs.

Bake 35 minutes.
