Fried Potatoes with Bacon and Paprika

Ingredients

  • 200 g/7 oz new potatoes,
  • 80 g/3 oz smoked bacon,
  • Salt,
  • 20 ml/7 fl oz extra virgin olive oil,
  • 40 g/1 1/2 oz paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut into a 2-cm/3/4-in dice.

Pour in the oil and heat for about 3 minutes; add the potatoes and cook for about 12 minutes, or until they are golden brown.

Add the bacon cut into a small dice and cook for 3 additional minutes. Season with salt and paprika.
