saltines or club crackers
- 35-40 of either saltines or club crackers, or even grahman crackers
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 C brown sugar
- 8 oz chocolate chips
Line a jelly roll pan with foil and spray.
Arrange crackers, and if using saltines, then salt side down.
In a saucepan, add butter, sugar and cook till caramel color. Take off heat and spread over crackers.
Bake in oven at 350 for 3-5 min. When hot, remove from oven and cover with chocolate chips, wait of it to melt a little, then spread it all over. The chocolate chips should be all melted by then.
place in freezer for 15-20 min.
Store in an air tight container.
Break into pieces and enjoy
