Ingredients
- 3 cups sliced, peeled apples
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Combine apples, cranberries and sugar, mix well &
spoon into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, pecans & melted
margarine, mix well and spoon over fruit mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until browned and
bubbly.
