- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 Tbs. Butter, melted
- 1 Tbs. Sugar
- 1 Tbs. Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Sift together flour, 1 cup sugar and baking powder. Add milk and egg and mix well. Add 1/2 of butter and mix well. Pour into greased 8" square pan. Drizzle with remaining butter. Mix 1 tbs. sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve warm with butter.
