Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 2/3 c. butter
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1 tsp. soda
• 3 c. flour (add 1/2 c. flour to roll)
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. nutmeg
• 1 tsp. lemon extract

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks, then sour cream with 1 teaspoon soda mixed in. Then add flour, baking powder, nutmeg and lemon extract.
