Ingredients

  • 1 Cup chopped nuts
  • 1 Cup coconut(if desired)
  • 1 Box german chocolate cake mix
  • 1 stick butter (room temperature)
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 box (3 3/4 cup) powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour 9 x 13 baking dish. Put nuts and coconut in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix per box directions and pour over nuts. Mix butter, cream chese and powered sugar. Spoon over cake mix. Bake 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and turn upside down on board.
