Ingredients

  • 1 c ice
  • 1/2 c frozen berries
  • 1/2 c lowfat yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 c rolled oats
  • 1 TBS honey
  • 1 c apple juice-(pineapple, orange, cranberrie, grape your choice)

Add each in order into the blender. Whirl until smooth. ENJOY
