Ingredients
- 1 c ice
- 1/2 c frozen berries
- 1/2 c lowfat yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1/2 c rolled oats
- 1 TBS honey
- 1 c apple juice-(pineapple, orange, cranberrie, grape your choice)
