Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 4 cups lettuce, torn in small pieces
- 4 cups spinach, torn in small pieces
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 2 cups orange slices
- 2 slices bacon, broiled and crumbled
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, optional
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl combine lettuce, spinach, mushrooms, onion, oranges, and crumbled bacon. In a shaker container, combine ingredients for dressing. Pour over salad ingredients mixing well and serve.
