Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

• 12 oz. (350 g) semisweet chocolate
• 1 tbsp. cocoa
• 1 c. heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

In double boiler, while stirring, heat all ingredients to a smooth sauce.
Serve hot or lukewarm
